General ToS

violating ToS will lead you to commission cancellation and blacklist. Commissioning me means you accept all of my terms of conditions.

You can contact me as many times as you like during your commission period, but please keep in mind not to spam and say the same thing over and over again. Also, please respect my rest time.

I may reject commission that I thinks its outside my range of capability.

How to Order

payment IDR via bank transfer (BNI) and USD via Paypal only

down payment for MV service 50% from total price. no cancellation refund if the piece is already started, you need to be 100% sure before ordering my service. But you can ask for refund if im not starting your piece yet.

if there is no payment after i've sent the invoice for 7 days, I will cancel the commission. This condition is very much considerable if there's a mutual agreement between me and the client.

final work will be sent to the client after the payment is 100% done.
Turn Around Time
α―β MV commission - took around 1-4 weeks depends on the difficulty.

PSD file with resolution under 8000 px. If you already have a rigger, you may ask them what resolution they will work into, and I will follow their resolution size for you. Please take note that this condition will be applied before i start drawing your piece. (right after sketch is ok!)

every model will get 3 expressions. (shy, cry, angry)

nude model for future outfit. (ordering base body only means you will only get nude model without outfit).

update every week (you can ask for more but please don't spam me and please respect my resting time.)

revision is unlimited in sketching phase, but no longer than a month. (If its too long, i may decide to ask for revision fee or even cancel the coms.); revision in rendering phase will have a fee.

mistakes from my part will get free revision fee.

client must pay 50% from the final price if there's major revision (such as changing concept mid-way).

please respect my art style, don't force me to heavily reference or copy other artist's art or existing characters.
Intellectual Property Rights

I have the right to use the artwork on my portfolio and social media platforms after model have been revealed.

do not feed my art into AI, violate this terms will get blacklisted.
